How
to Track Your Order
We
know you’re excited to receive your new outfit! We provide real-time tracking
so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse in Pretoria to your doorstep.
Method
1: Using Your Tracking Email
Once
your order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner (usually
within 1 business day), you will receive a "Shipping
Confirmation"
email.
- Open
the email from Yellow
Sub Trading.
- Click
on the Tracking
Link or
the Tracking
Number.
- You
will be redirected to the courier’s live tracking page (e.g., The Courier Guy
or DPD).
Method
2: Through the Customer Portal (Recommended)
Since
you are using our Help Center, you can track all your orders in one place:
- Sign
In:
Click "Sign In" at the top right of this page.
- My
Tickets/Orders:
Navigate to your profile.
- Status: Click on your latest order to see if it
is Processing, Shipped, or Out
for Delivery.
Method
3: Direct Courier Tracking
If
you already have your tracking number (e.g., YST12345678), you can enter it
directly on the courier’s website.

Understanding
Your Order Status
- Awaiting
Fulfillment: We
have received your order, and our team is picking your items.
- Shipped: Your parcel has left our warehouse.
- Out
for Delivery: The
courier is in your area and will deliver the parcel today!
- Delivered: The parcel has been successfully dropped
off at your physical address.
Common
Tracking Questions
- My
tracking number isn't working.
Tracking numbers usually take 12–24
hours to
become "active" in the courier's system after the label is printed.
If it doesn't work immediately, please try again in a few hours.
- The
courier tried to deliver while I wasn't home. Don't worry! The courier will usually
attempt delivery three times. They will also call you on the number provided
during checkout to coordinate a time.
- What
if my parcel is delayed? If
your parcel has not moved for more than 3
business days,
please contact our support team:
