Our Return Guarantee

Yellow Sub Trading, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
You are welcome to inspect your goods upon delivery. If the parcel is
incorrect, please contact our online customer service department immediately
to arrange a return for exchange or reimbursement.

Important: Any factory faults must be reported via email within 3 days of receiving your parcel. To request a full refund, the parcel must be returned within 4 working days of receipt.
