Our Return Guarantee

At Yellow Sub Trading, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You are welcome to inspect your goods upon delivery. If the parcel is incorrect, please contact our online customer service department immediately to arrange a return for exchange or reimbursement.


1. Return Criteria & "Cooling Off" Period.

We allow returns within 14 days of the delivery/receipt date, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Proof of Purchase: You must present your original invoice or order confirmation.
  2. Original Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  3. Tags Attached: The price (swing) ticket must still be attached to the garment.
  4. Promotional Gifts: If the item was sold with a gift, the gift must be returned as well.
  5. Swimwear: The protective hygiene strip must be intact and attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

For hygiene and policy reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  1. Underwear, boxers, or panties.
  2. Swimwear without the protective hygiene strip.
  3. Body-piercing jewellery (including earrings).

Sale Items: All sale purchases are final.

Important: Any factory faults must be reported via email within 3 days of receiving your parcel. To request a full refund, the parcel must be returned within 4 working days of receipt.


3. How to Process Your Return

  1. Option A: Returning Online
  2. Store Credit/Exchange: Online returns are refunded via Store Credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code or exchanged for different items.
  3. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the courier costs to send items back to us. We recommend keeping your proof of postage, as Yellow Sub Trading is not liable for lost or stolen transit packages.

  1. Option B: In-Store Returns & Exchanges
Visit any Yellow Sub Trading store for a faster turnaround:
  1. Exchanges: Bring your item and a printed copy of your Order Confirmation email.
  2. Refunds: Bring your original invoice. Our staff will assist you with the process.

Note: Original courier fees from the online purchase are non-refundable.


4. Incorrect Deliveries (Wrong Parcel)

If we sent you the wrong item, the return is free of charge:

We will organise a courier company to collect the incorrect parcel from you.

Note: While the return is free, the original delivery fee is non-refundable.
