1. General Shipping Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of your purchase, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.


2. Delivery Locations

  1. Local Delivery: We deliver to physical addresses within South Africa only.
  2. International Shipping: We do not offer shipping outside of South Africa at this time.

3. Delivery Times & Estimates

We strive to fulfill orders within 1 business day of the order date. Please note:

  1. Business Days: Our team operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  2. Weekend Policy: We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
  3. Calculation: Estimated delivery times commence from the date of shipping, not the date of the order.
  4. Variations: Delivery dates may vary based on carrier practices, your specific location, and the items ordered. Items may occasionally arrive in separate shipments.

4. In-Store Pickup

If you have selected the "In-Store Pickup" option, your order will be ready for collection within 24 hours, unless exceptional circumstances arise.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the chosen delivery method.

  1. How to Check: Add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page; your shipping total will be displayed before you finalize payment.
  2. Surcharges: Additional charges may apply for delivery to remote areas or for particularly large/heavy items. These will be clearly indicated during checkout.

6. Special Instructions & Damaged Goods

  1. Order Notes: If you have specific delivery instructions, please add them to the "Order Notes" section during the checkout process.
  2. Damaged Packaging: If your parcel arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please contact us immediately at info@yellowsubtrading.co.za.
