Policy: Yellow Sub Trading
At
Yellow Sub Trading, we aim to process your refunds as quickly as possible. To
ensure a smooth experience, please review our refund criteria and timelines
below.
1.
Refund Eligibility
To
qualify for a refund, your return must meet the following requirements:
- Timeframe: The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have
all original tags attached.
- Hygiene: Underwear, bodysuits, and earrings are
strictly non-refundable. Swimwear must have the hygiene strip attached.
- Sale
Items:
Please note that items purchased on Sale or during a promotion are not eligible
for refunds.
2.
Refund Methods
Depending
on how you return your item, your refund will be issued in one of two ways:
- Online
Returns (Store Credit)
- All
items returned via our online portal are refunded via Store Credit. This
is issued as an E-Gift
Card code sent
directly to your email. Store
credit can be used for any
future online purchase.
- Incorrect
or Defective Items (Original Payment)
- If
you received the wrong
parcel or a
factory
fault
(reported within 3 days), you are entitled to a full reimbursement to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, Instant EFT, or
Payflex).
Note: While the return shipping is free for
incorrect items, the original courier fee from your initial order is
non-refundable.
3.
Processing Times
- Inspection: Once your return reaches our warehouse,
please allow 3–5
business days for
our quality control team to inspect the items.
- Issuance: Once approved, Store Credit is issued
immediately.
- Bank
Reversals: For
original payment refunds, it may take 5–10
business days for
the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
4.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If
your item has a factory fault, it must be reported within 3 days of receipt to info@yellowsubtrading.co.za. To be eligible for a cash refund, the
faulty parcel must be sent back within 4
working days of
you receiving it.
