a Factory Fault

Yellow Sub Trading, we take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is
damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps to ensure a
swift resolution.
1.
The 3-Day Notification Rule
- Timeframe: Any factory fault must be reported
within 3
days of
receiving your parcel.
- Process: Send an email to info@yellowsubtrading.co.za with your order number in the subject
line.
- Evidence: Please attach clear photos of the fault
and the original packaging/tags.
2.
Collection & Inspection
Once
our team reviews your email:
- We
will arrange for a courier to collect the faulty item from you at no cost.
- Upon
arrival at our warehouse, the item will be inspected by our Quality Control
team.
3.
Resolution
If
the fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, you may choose:
- A
full refund to your original payment method.
- A
replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability).
- Store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.
