Reporting a Factory Fault

At Yellow Sub Trading, we take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps to ensure a swift resolution.


1. The 3-Day Notification Rule

  1. Timeframe: Any factory fault must be reported within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
  2. Process: Send an email to info@yellowsubtrading.co.za with your order number in the subject line.
  3. Evidence: Please attach clear photos of the fault and the original packaging/tags.

2. Collection & Inspection

Once our team reviews your email:

  1. We will arrange for a courier to collect the faulty item from you at no cost.
  2. Upon arrival at our warehouse, the item will be inspected by our Quality Control team.

3. Resolution

If the fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, you may choose:

  1. A full refund to your original payment method.
  2. A replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability).
  3. Store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.
